Assistant Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Milan, and Professor at SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan. She holds a PhD in Small-to-Medium Sized Enterprises Management, from LIUC Università di Castellanza, and an MBA from the Polytechnic of Milan. Her main fields of research and teaching are performance measurement and management, manufacturing strategy, supply chain management, sustainable operations management.
