Director of the Master in Green Management, Energy And Corporate Social Responsibility (MaGER), SDA Professor in Energy Markets and Research Fellow at the Centre for Research on Energy and Environmental Economics and Policy (IEFE) of Bocconi University in Milan. He holds a PhD in Energy Economics from Imperial College London, a MSc in Environmental Technology/Environmental Economics Option from Imperial College London and a degree (“Laurea”, 4 years) in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan. Dr. Di Castelnuovo has almost twenty years of experience working on energy markets. Prior to going back to academia in 2004, he has worked for a few years as a strategic energy consultant in the UK. He lectured at Imperial College London, London Business School and Politecnico Milano; he is currently lecturing in Microeconomics and Energy Economics at Bocconi University. His research interests are energy economics, regulation, liberalization, energy policy and low-carbon technologies.
